Reduced Occupancy in Buildings – Control of Legionella Briefing Note

24th March 2020

There will, undoubtedly, be reduced occupancy levels at a number of properties as many businesses are faced with significant numbers of the workforce being at home for various reasons rather than at their normal place of work. This will result in reduced water turnover in buildings and an increase in cold water storage temperatures at some sites.

The S2 Partnership has written a Briefing Note, outlining measures to take for legionella control in buildings with reduced occupancy levels.

These measures are outlined in our Briefing Note.
