The S2 Partnership Announces Charity of the Year 2019-2020
Continuing its work in supporting the community, the S2 Partnership is delighted to announce its Charities of the Year for 2019-2020. This year, S2 will be supporting Alzheimer’s Research UK and East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH).
Both charities were selected by an internal employee vote and will receive all of the funds raised by S2 employees over the coming twelve months.
Alzheimer’s Research UK is the national charity which carries out pioneering work focusing on the prevention, treatment and cure of dementia.
EACH supports families and care for children and young people with life-threatening conditions across Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk.
S2 employees have already been busy thinking up new ways to raise funds for their nominated charities and have a number of challenges in the pipeline, including participating in a half marathon.
Announcing the partnerships, S2 Director, Jen Eastman said: “We are delighted to support two charities again this year, both of whom carry out important work locally and nationally to assist individuals and families needing support.”
