Software Support Administrator

Working as part of our Agile Software Team, you will be actively engaging in support issues for our flagship, market-leading, property management SaaS solution, RiskWise. In addition to this you will also be responsible for providing support across the business for our internal management system, SIMS.

Working within the Software Support Team, reporting to the Software Support Manager, you will be involved in; –

• First and second line telephone and email technical support, using our Zendesk support suite. Responding more frequently to escalated tickets.
• Escalating queries to the appropriate Account Manager or department.
• General system administration, including data integrity checks and maintaining quality systems.
• Regular client reporting, creating and maintaining PDF style reports, and issuing to clients.
• Contributing to new system builds, and implementing technical solutions with third party data providers. This will involve working closely with the Transition/Mobilisation team.
• Maintaining system support materials, in Word and PDF form, along with ensuring online support materials are accurate.
• System development testing, in line with the Agile methodology.
