THE NEW ENHANCED RISKWISE APP HAS LAUNCHED!

The launch of the new app brings a host of new features and enhancements including an entirely new module dedicated to Property Management. In addition to the previously created safety inspection checks and environmental compliance tests, RiskWise can now be used for property management inspections, such as FRI/Single Let property inspections, tenant reviews, and void unit inspections.

RiskWise also now enables users to setup configurable rules to dynamically show or hide sections of the form, making each property inspection site specific, whilst also providing the ability to show editable responses and comments from previous inspections.

The Accident, Incident & Claims module allows users to swiftly log incidents, accidents, and injuries whilst on site using a mobile device, and track any follow up actions through to resolution.

RiskWise provides timestamps for all key dates and captures the time each photo was taken to provide a complete audit trail. Users can add photos and videos with the ability to annotate and highlight directly within the app.

Any actions or risks from inspections, accidents or incidents can be filtered, updated, emailed, and completed within the app to enable users to quickly update the live status.

The new user interface can also be tailored to reflect each client’s corporate branding, including logos and corporate colour schemes.
