S2 Partnership Launches NEW RiskWise Business Continuity Management Module
The S2 Partnership is proud to announce the launch of the new Business Continuity Management (BCM) module within its online property risk management solution, RiskWise.
The new module has been developed based on RiskWise user feedback, as clients sought a property risk management solution that could also incorporate all aspects of their property resilience strategy in one place.
The module incorporates a new Map Search feature, allowing users to quickly locate and identify properties which might be impacted by an incident, highlighting those sites that are within an ‘at risk’ radius. It can be used alongside other functionality within RiskWise for example to store emergency procedures and contacts for easy accessibility by users with relevant permissions in the event of an incident.
RiskWise provides the ability to log and resolve BCM-related inspections, audits and actions, either online or offline via the RiskWise App. When logging a business continuity event, question sets can be built in to the process, acting as a checklist for site teams, to guide them in what measures are required and to monitor progress, when certain business continuity events take place.
The BCM module has been designed to work in unity with other elements of the RiskWise software, including generation of a property score metric based on inherent risk data – such as flood risk level, crime rate, type of construction or tenant activity, which may contribute to an increased likelihood of specific incidents or greater impact from incidents.
