S2 publishes resilience thought piece for GRESB Insight series

30th May 2018

S2 Partnership’s Ambrose Daly has recently written a thought piece for publication by GRESB for their members. The article focuses on building resilience into property portfolios through the use of property risk management technology, to help ensure that properties and portfolios can withstand both social and environmental shocks and stressors.

A key theme is how risks can be tracked securely through to resolution using property risk management technology, and how this, in turn, can develop asset resilience.

Organisations are required by GRESB to demonstrate that they have established objectives and implemented strategies to promote resilience. There are many ways in which organisations can strengthen their own resilience to social and environmental incidents, and using risk management software can deliver a multitude of benefits to those who implement it, to protect their portfolio. This article highlights key ways in which organisations can be helped to mitigate the effects of a major incident.

As a GRESB Premier Partner, the S2 Partnership works with clients worldwide, implementing RiskWise and undertaking risk assessments and emergency preparedness testing to assist organisations with portfolio risk management to help meet GRESB objectives, and drive continued environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance improvements.
