S2 provides successful and informative Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES) Webinar event to clients

3rd November 2017

On 24th October, the S2 Partnership ran a short interactive webinar, to help participants to better understand the process of preparing for the implementation of the MEES regulations, which will come into force on 1st April 2018.

This succinct information-sharing session was well received by participants, as it outlined what will be required of building owners and landlords, as well as how best to prepare for the forthcoming changes to regulations, and the optimum way to store EPC information. The presentation included a short demonstration of how a software solution such as RiskWise, is an ideal solution for storing, monitoring and analysing EPC data across a property portfolio.

This concise summary of the new regulation offered its participants an opportunity to become well-informed about any future decisions to be made regarding the EPC status of their buildings and the future rentability or saleability of any buildings based on their EPC ratings, as well as the opportunity to post questions in advance to be answered by S2’s environmental team.

There will also be a repeat event on Thursday 14th December for those who had not signed up to the first event.  If you would like to attend this free webinar, then please click here to sign up.
