What you’ll be doing:

You will be working as part of our Agile Software Development Team, actively engaging in all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle to produce new feature components for our flagship, market-leading, property management SaaS solution, RiskWise.You will gain priceless experience in the key Software Development Lifecycle disciplines of Systems Analysis and Design, Software Programming, and Quality Assurance, working alongside a team of seasoned and talented professionals eager to mentor you, exposing you to new technologies, methodologies, and techniques.Our 12 month, structured Graduate Development Plan will ensure you fulfil vital learning opportunities identified within each of our Software Development disciplines, and allow you to gain valuable practical experience in the various job roles associated with developing quality software.Your personal career development will be further bolstered by our enrolling you with BCS (the Chartered Institute for IT), through which we will give you the opportunity to gain BCS-accredited professional qualifications. These course-based certifications, mapped to the SFIAplus IT skills framework and the BCS Diploma in Systems Development, are specifically selected to complement the various aspects of your chosen career path, and will give you the skills required to succeed in your role at S2.Why choose us:

Requirements:We’re looking to appoint an ambitious, self-motivated, and enthusiastic IT graduate to complement our well-established Agile Software Development Team. You will need to have displayed competency in database design, programming, and software methodologies during your academic studies, and expect to be graduating in 2017 with an award graded 2:1 or higher. We would expect you to have excellent written and spoken communication skills, a natural approach to building relationships, and an analytical approach to problem solving.
