S2 Partnership Achieves New ISO 45001:2018 Certification

12th February 2019

S2 Partnership is proud to announce that it has successfully migrated from OHSAS 18001 to ISO 45001, the new international standard that specifies requirements for an occupational health and safety (OH&S) management system, preventing injury and ill health.

By being at the forefront of achieving the new ISO 45001 certification, S2 Partnership demonstrates its continued focus on progressing its own and its clients’ methodology in respect of health and safety risk management.

Andy Smith, Technical Director at S2 said, “By achieving certification to ISO 45001, S2 has been able to demonstrate that our Occupational Health & Safety management processes meet the highest standards. This puts us in a strong position to advise our clients on achieving the same certifications.”

ISO 45001 follows the same structure as other ISO management system standards, such as ISO 9001 (quality) and ISO 14001 (environment). This facilitates the integration of these requirements into organisations’ overall management processes and management systems.  S2 has now been able to integrate its ISO 45001 management system alongside its quality, environmental and information security systems.

Over the course of the last 20 years, S2 has demonstrated its continuing commitment to industry standards, through proven quality, environmental, safety and information security management accreditations and certifications, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 27001.
