The S2 Partnership today announced the launch of RiskWise Dynamic Reports, providing a faster way to view key data from your S2 risk assessments and audits.
The London Fire Brigade (LFB) has recently completed a review of the effectiveness of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 (RRO). Intended to review if the RRO is still fit for purpose, whether it clearly stipulates responsibilities and if it is fully watertight, the LFB’s independent review highlighted some changes may be required for the future.
Recent figures published by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) show that although Britain remains one of the safest places to work in Europe, an estimated 30.4 million working days were lost due to work related ill health or injury in 2015/16. The latest figures indicate that injuries and new cases of illness resulting from working conditions cost an estimated £14.1 billion in 2014/15.
