S2 Partnership Announces Charity of the Year
Continuing its work in supporting the community, the S2 Partnership is delighted to announce its Charity of the Year 2015-2016 as Dementia UK, the national charity who are committed to improving quality of life for all people affected by dementia. Dementia UK provide specialist dementia nurses who give expert, practical and emotional care and support for family carers, as well as the person with dementia.
Dementia UK was selected by an internal employee vote and will receive funds raised by S2 employees over the coming twelve months through corporate fundraising activities.
S2 employees are currently planning their first events which include Dementia UK’s annual “Time for a Cuppa” coffee morning and the 5k Superhero run in Regents Park, London in May.
Announcing the partnership, S2 Managing Director, Stewart Smith, said: “The S2 Partnership is committed to continually supporting charities both locally and globally. This year we are delighted to be supporting the Dementia UK who provide much needed advice and care for individuals and families affected by the illness”.
