Climate Week 3rd – 9th March 2014

4th March 2014

Climate Week is Britain’s largest climate change campaign, showcasing the many positive steps being taken to combat climate change, and to inspire many more.

Highlighting practical solutions from every sector of society that help people live and work more sustainably, this year’s Climate Week culminates in a week of activities during 3rd – 9th March. Climate Week’s main focus is on people bringing about change through the organisations and networks that they are involved with – such as their workplaces, schools and community groups.

For many organisations, the amount of environmental legislation can be overwhelming. Yet making environmental performance a key part of business direction is shown to have a number of business benefits, including improved business efficiency, reduced costs, tax breaks and improved profitability, and enhanced reputation.
