RiskWise Support – Just Got Even Better!

RiskWise users are now benefiting from a significantly-improved user experience, thanks to the recent implementation of the latest helpdesk software to manage all client support queries.

Available 24/7, the extensive new online support resource holds a wealth of information for RiskWise users, and now enables many queries to be solved instantly. Initial user feedback has highlighted the popularity of the live online forum, which enables RiskWise users to chat with the support team via an instant messaging facility; the comprehensive knowledgebase with FAQs; and the latest ‘bite-size’ training videos.

The new system also enables users to award a satisfaction rating on the service they receive, with feedback closely monitored to help identify any areas for improvement. Feedback to-date has been 96% positive.
