Changes to Energy Performance of Buildings Regulations

On 9th January 2013, changes to the Energy Performance of Buildings (England and Wales) Regulations 2012 came in to force – we thought it would be useful to share these with you.

There are cost implications for unnecessarily obtaining an EPC, whilst not having one when required could result in penalties – careful consideration is therefore needed.
