Technical Business Development Manager
Location: Elsworth, Cambridgeshire
Job Status: Full-time

The S2 Partnership is a successful and growing independent Health, Safety and Environmental Consultancy providing specialist safety risk management solutions to service-sector businesses in the UK and Europe. We work mainly in the commercial property sector with some of the most respected property managers and investors, and we have built up a strong reputation for quality of service.
The Role:
The Technical Business Development Manager will be responsible for providing close support to S2's directors and operational teams in the areas of business development and service delivery. He or she will also liaise with clients to ensure we continue to provide high quality services that exceed their changing needs.
Job Responsibilities:
Key areas of responsibility will include:
- new business development
- service delivery initiatives
- client account management
- technical advice and support
- technical quality assurance
- development and maintenance of internal policy & procedures and report templates
- providing legislative updates and briefing notes for clients and consultants
- preparation of tender documentation and supporting presentations
Qualifications & Experience:
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable track record of delivering high quality safety risk management services to the commercial property sector. He or she should be educated to degree level with a relevant safety-related qualification at CMIOSH level. In addition candidates will need to have:
- a meticulous approach, with a keen eye for detail
- excellent technical knowledge of H&S and environmental issues
- good commercial acumen
- excellent communication and presentation skills
- ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
- excellent organizational skills
- ability to plan and prioritise workload
- able to work individually and within a team
- good IT skills, inc. MS Office
- second language would be desirable
- auditing experience would be desirable
- business qualification would be desirable
- clean UK driving license

Safety Consultants
Location: Home based - posts available across the UK
Job Status: Full-time
To support our continued growth, we are currently looking for experienced, qualified and enthusiastic professionals to work as home-based Health & Safety Consultants.
You will be educated to degree, NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent level, and preferably have an additional relevant fire safety, water hygiene, asbestos or environmental qualification. You will have excellent knowledge of H&S legislation and experience in undertaking risk assessments and providing technical advice to the commercial property sector. Experience in developing and presenting training courses would be an advantage.

Consultant Scheduler / Administrator
Location: Elsworth, Cambridgeshire
Job Status: Full-time
The successful candidate will help schedule the workload of 35 UK-wide consultants. He or she will possess good telephone and IT skills, and will need to be well-organised with the ability to plan and work to deadlines. Previous experience in scheduling and preparation of fee proposals would be an advantage. The role also involves assisting with general administration duties. Reporting to the Office Manager, this post offers a salary and benefits package of up to £20K.
