RiskWise2 works on the same principles as the existing system, however
it has been enhanced and comes with numerous new features. The core
of the system is still intuitive and easy to use, and keeps all of
the customisation options that we already use.

The Enhanced Year Planner |
For the launch of RiskWise2, three modules will be available, Health
& Safety, Environmental Management and Accident / Incident Reporting,
however additional modules are already being considered.
The Health & Safety module works like an enhanced version of
the current system, with its principal use being able to log Events
and track the progress of any Actions identified.
The Environmental Management module, in addition to being able to
log Environmental Inspections and the Actions raised from them, will
allow you to store and monitor any Energy meters and Waste Management.
Each property can be set up to record only what is relevant to that
site. This will in turn help you monitor and compare costs, efficiency
and carbon emissions, either by property, client or any property data
field.
The Accident / Incident module is a simple way of storing any accidents
or incidents on any of your properties. The categories, severities
and terminology are all fully customisable, allowing you to report
in the format you choose.
Additional modules will continue to be developed and once completed,
can simply be slotted in and integrated into all the RiskWise features.

Monitoring compliance across your property portfolio is difficult
to achieve, having to consider whether the required Inspections for
a property have been undertaken and whether the Actions identified
have been completed within a reasonable timescale. RiskWise2 can monitor
this automatically for you, identifying where and why a property may
have fallen out of compliance, and also monitoring the level of compliance
over time.
The Digital Dashboard is a way to demonstrate figures and statistics
in a graphical form. Each RiskWise user can set what information is
useful to them, and then have it presented to them in a series of
graphs, without having to drill down through data or running a search.
The Dashboard will help with monitoring performance across all of
the system modules and help you monitor the performance of your properties.

Integrated Mapping allows us to view our property portfolio not just
in a list format, but also by geographic location. Properties within
the mapping facility can be marked to show their current Compliance
level, quantity of Outstanding Risks or maybe just by Property Manager.
The Data Search and Reporting feature is also enhanced within version
2, allowing increased flexibility in what data you can report and
display, linked to all available modules. Once you have generated
your report, you will still be able to save and export directly into
Microsoft Excel.
