GRESB announces the launch of new website and pre-release assessments

The new GRESB website allows the public easier access to resources and information surrounding the latest GRESB news and events.

Following a series of small changes, the 17^th January will see the pre-release of the 2017 GRESB Real Estate Assessment and the 2017 GRESB Real Estate Developer Assessment which will be available on the website to help participants prepare for the 2017 reporting cycle.
