2016 GRESB Real Estate and Debt Assessments – Global Results Release
The beginning of September sees the launch of the 2016 GRESB Real Estate and Debt Assessment results followed by a series of global and regional launch events throughout the autumn.
The focus of this year’s events looks at the latest significant Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) trends and how theyhave impacted on the sustainability of the real estate industry and what they mean for ambitions such as those set out by the United Nations at the conference on climate change (COP21).
The series of events, starting on the 7th September, showcases expertise and best practice case studies by leading industry experts from key institutional investors, property companies and sustainability consultants from across the world.
